A professional and approachable coach. Who will allocate dedicated time and private space (virtual) for YOU. Maintain coaching ethics and confidentiality to ensure you have a space where you feel able to be comfortable and honest when verbalising YOUR thoughts

CHALLENGING
Coaching questions may at times be challenging, there is no right or wrong answer. Your coach will not be judgmental but may ask challenging questions (sometimes repetitive) to challenge your thoughts to enable you to develop.

COACHING IS NOT
Coaching is not counselling or therapy . Coaching is not Mentoring or Supervision. YOU are the expert in you and your development. The coach provides the tools and space to work through your journey

EXPECTATIONS
Be involved in the process, much development takes place between the sessions. Coaching can can raise some thoughtful issues that you will work through at your pace. Put in the effort and reap the rewards. The coach will facilitate your thought processes it will be for you to action.

TO BE LISTENED TO
The coach will listen, this is an important part of the process. Listening will at times be silent so expect silences. YOUR coach is not there to judge or to be the expert on you nor will your coach tell you what to do. YOU are your own destiny .
