I am easy to talk to and provide a non judgmental space for you to explore your ideas. I am an experienced Clinician, Supervisor and Mentor. A Qualified Masters Level Occupational Therapist and a Senior Practitioner Coach and Mentor.

In addition to provision of coaching @HelT coaching . I have a vast array of experience in setting up new services, service development, co-ordinating and leading teams, working in high pressured environments, supervising and managing staff.

I have experience in setting up and running small independent businesses and the many "hats” that this involves.

My qualifications include:

Occupational Therapy Bachelor of Science Degree, Occupational Therapy Masters of Science Degree, YMCA Fitness industry training , Post Graduate Certification in Professional Studies in Clinical Education- Medical Education (Masters Level), Advanced Clinical Assessment Skills (Masters Level), Creative CBT Diploma, Foundation course in Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and application to Mental Health Problems - Accreditation at level 6, Executive Coaching and Mentoring - Level 6 (Human Technics - Recognised training by the Institute of Leadership and Management & International Coaching Association), Senior Practitioner Coaching/ Mentoring - Level 7 (Human Technics - Institute of Leadership Approved). Creative Cognitive Therapy Diploma, Life Coaching Diploma, Presentation Skills, Above Masters level courses included: critical thinking, personal development, management and leadership, advanced leadership skills, appraising evidence and research, Licenced Discovery Party Facilitator
