The importance of looking after yourself mindfully and being kind and forgiving to yourself cannot make be underestimated. Sometimes we need to say to ourselves STOP by that I mean really stop and notice.
Notice what’s going on, the sounds.lthe smells, your own breath, the temperature. In your moment of stillness ask yourself is there anything else you notice, . Is there anything else? Is there anything else?. Repeate the is there anything else question to refocus your mind on the now, rather than the past or future.. The now can gob unnoticed in the whirlwind of life. Just stopping for a few minutes can make a difference. We all need to notice when the stop is needed and enjoy the beauty that the day brings..
